CITY PALACE – The main palace in the city that belonged to the king during the reign of the kings in Rajasthan. You can take a tour of the palace and the local museum.
HAWA MAHAL – The Palace of the Winds. This is a beautiful and impressive five-story building built of reddish pink clay stone, with darkened windows overlooking the street. The belief is that this is where the king housed all of his mistresses who were not allowed to be seen in public, so from there they could overlook the city. The palace has an impressive view of the city.
AMBER FORT – Amber Fort – an ancient, huge and impressive fort located 15 km from the city center, which requires a short ride in a tuk tuk. The fort is a beautiful and large site, built entirely of desert sandstone and overlooking the city, you can definitely spend many hours there and get into the special historical atmosphere of Rajasthan. Inside the fort is also the ancient Amber Palace.
STEPWELL – a large cistern for collecting water with many staircases arranged in a geometric and symmetrical manner and descending to the water. Beautiful buildings. Located near Amber Fort
JAL MAHAL – a palace on the outskirts of the city in the center of a large, very pastoral lake. Currently, it is impossible to reach it except to view it from afar.
Maharajas' Cemetery – Throughout the history of Rajasthan, kings used to build impressive monuments for themselves to mark their burials. These sites are very interesting and are a popular tourist attraction.
ISARLAT – a tall tower in the center of the city from which you can look out and get an impressive view of the Pink City.
Tour the markets – Jaipur’s markets are definitely among the most experiential markets in India, located within the alleys of the Pink City, divided by theme. There is a textile section full of bright and shiny colorful fabrics, a section of sparkling gold jewelry, a section of spices, incense, makeup, and more. A recommended experience to experience the local culture and buy truly authentic goods such as saris (traditional clothing) and local jewelry.
Nahargarh Fort and Jaigarh Fort – other ancient and impressive forts located outside the city full of struggles.
Monkey Temple – Jaipur’s Monkey Temple is entirely dedicated to the god Hanuman, who has the appearance of a monkey and Rama’s best and most loyal friend. Along with the beautiful design and sculptures, there is no doubt that the main tourist attraction in the temple is the huge group of monkeys that have made the place their home. Not worth it Don't underestimate these monkeys, in a direct confrontation with them they will probably win. It's better to let them go and just enjoy from a distance.
Watching an Indian movie – Jaipur has the largest cinema in India – RAJ MANDIR, although the movies are in the local language, it is an entertaining experience full of emotions and you will probably be able to understand the extreme plots of Bollywood movies.
