Additions for women:
– Pads, tampons, etc. You can't find tampons in India.
– Specific creams, ointments, and products – Do not expect to find them in India.
Important things you should buy in India:
– Sunscreen – will be much cheaper in India
– Alatosh. People from Israel simply won't help you there.
– Soaps, shampoos, etc. There are excellent companies in India, both local and international. Of course, it will be much cheaper in India.
– Toothpaste.
– In most pharmacies, you will find remedies for all problems, but they will probably be from different companies than the ones you are familiar with.
– Most pharmacies sell water purification tablets or altitude sickness pills, especially in towns near hiking and trekking routes. It is up to you whether to bring them from home or rely on finding them in India when needed.
